Welcome to Finger Lakes wine country. Yates County is the largest grower of wine grapes outside of California, boasting over 5,000 acres of luscious vineyards that frame the lakes amongst the hillsides. Here you’ll find over 30 world-class wineries and the ability to enjoy two official wine trails; The Keuka Lake Wine Trail and the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. Yates County is also a destination for those looking for a craft beverage getaway paying homage to well-established breweries and emerging distilleries.

“You need to visit Keuka. Hammondsport to Penn Yan! It is a great space and gorgeous around this time of year (October). The traffic is easier, and the fall foliage is amazing! You need to pace yourself to do the area justice. Lots of great attractions. Make it your day, your weekend, or your week- hop across to Seneca if you hit everything on Keuka.”
“Small village with a scenic view to wake up to every morning. People are kind beyond compare. As somebody who has lived all across the East Coast, this is my favorite place to be.”
“Friendly, diverse, small-town feel but lacking nothing. Near Keuka Lake (bonus!), wineries, breweries, fabulous restaurants and the views are picture perfect!”
